With more than a 15 years of experience across Europe, North America, and Asia, he combines deep technical expertise in lithium-ion batteries with strong execution in operations, training, and business development.

As Global Business Unit Leader & Partner at PEM Motion, he has built and led teams in the United States, Mexico, and Germany, supporting OEMs, suppliers, and investors in production ramp-up, workforce development, and sustainable industrialization. He also leads the global business unit PEM Share, advancing industry knowledge through initiatives such as Battery-News.com and the Battery Production Days (BPD) conference.

Passionate about building strong industrial ecosystems, Christoph focuses on connecting technology, people, and global partnerships to accelerate the energy transition and strengthen Europe’s battery manufacturing capabilities.
