Hauke Lapschies is an experienced energy and mobility expert with a background in energy and environmental management and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialisation in Energy Management. His career includes positions at well-known companies such as Volkswagen and MHP, Management and IT Consulting, where he built deep expertise in the mobility sector. As Chief Business Development Officer at IO-Dynamics, he led the electrification of last-mile logistics for several years. Most recently, Hauke Lapschies co-founded and served as CEO of Levl, a start-up aggregating unused battery capacities and trading them on the electricity exchange. Since March 2026, he has been working as an Originator at Energy2market GmbH (e2m) in Leipzig one of Germany's leading flexibility marketers for renewable energies.
